Vivaldi is looking for a dynamic Creative Director with a track record of great client impact through advertising campaigns, brand programs and digital experiences.
Based in the New York tri-state area, the Creative Director will primarily be responsible for leading digital advertising campaign development and brand marketing initiatives for large B2B clients in the automotive technology sector, in addition to supporting the needs of other select clients.
We are looking for a "unicorn", who can engage with senior clients on their business strategy, translate this into a creative "big idea" and then manage an agile team of designers and writers to produce in-market assets that drive business results.
Job Description:

- Lead digital advertising campaigns and brand marketing initiatives for B2B clients, primarily in the automotive technology sector
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, designers and writers to produce impactful, in-market assets
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables
- Ensure creative work not only meets brand standards but also drives measurable business results for clients
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams to develop big ideas and other innovative solutions
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Present creative ideas and solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of combining strategy, creativity, and technology
- Build a creative culture within the firm, inspiring teams to push boundaries while delivering on client objectives.
- Stay on top of developments in AI and ahead of industry trends
- Integrate new technologies and approaches into creative strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-12 years' experience in a creative role, with at least 2-3 years' experience as a Creative Director responsible for managing teams and client work
- While B2B experience is a must, the ideally candidate will be able to work effectively across both B2B and B2C client needs
- Similarly, while digital advertising campaign experience is critical, the ideal candidate would also have experience with developing digital experiences, brand identities and marketing programs
- Automotive sector and business technology experience is a big plus, but candidates without this experience will also be considered based on their total package
- A portfolio of work to share with results you are proud of
- The ability to work from our Manhattan office (typically 2-3 days a week in person), and travel over-night to a client location as needed
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, which is determined by a number of factors including prior experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition to our base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based bonuses to full-time employees.
