Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streetwear culture and a deep understanding of luxury fashion trends, particularly how they intersect on social media. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Manage daily content creation and curation, including photography, videography, and user-generated content that aligns with our brand identity and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to plan, create, and schedule content for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Engage with the audience through thoughtful, brand-consistent communication and foster a sense of community.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, growth metrics, and campaign success) to continuously optimize content and strategy.
- Identify influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand, leveraging relationships with streetwear influencers, models, and other tastemakers.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, particularly within luxury fashion and streetwear, ensuring that the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram Ads, TikTok promotions) to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Key Platforms:
- Instagram: Focus on visually compelling, high-quality images and Reels that showcase the brand's luxury streetwear offerings, behind-the-scenes content, and influencer collaborations.
- TikTok: Create viral, engaging content that speaks to the next generation of streetwear enthusiasts, utilizing trends, challenges, and storytelling.
- YouTube: Produce longer-form content such as behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, and brand storytelling.
- Pinterest: Curate fashion-forward boards to inspire customers and drive traffic to product pages.
- Emerging Platforms: Stay informed about emerging platforms and digital spaces relevant to luxury fashion (e.g., Threads, new social networks).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of streetwear culture and the luxury fashion market.
- Proven experience managing and growing brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional content creation skills, including a strong visual eye and the ability to develop on-brand photography and video.
- Copywriting skills with a clear and engaging voice.
- Analytical mindset: Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills: Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and PR teams.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and relationships with streetwear influencers is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and experience running campaigns is preferred.
