Client Overview:
Our client is a leading clothing company which designs, manufactures, and markets women's and men's apparel through well-known licensed brand names. They are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join their team!
Position Overview:
This role will have a focus on the wholesale, international partners and licensing channels. Responsibilities include budget/spend tracking, development and execution of seasonal marketing materials, communication and management of partners, packaging, and tracking/recapping marketing campaigns for these channels of business. Additionally, assist the Marketing team in ideating and executing brand activations, collaborations and special projects. Candidate must be highly motivated, creative, strategic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience in global licensing marketing management is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supports marketing team in crafting cross-functional collaborative opportunities for wholesale and license partners to execute seasonally through digital marketing activities, advertising and in-store activations.
- Manage international partners marketing efforts including tracking seasonal efforts, delivering guidelines, serving as the main point of contact for external partners and internal sales/licensing teams.
- Manages marketing calendar and all recaps related to licensing and wholesale marketing programs.
- Works with the Director of Partner Marketing to execute seasonal POS shoots, collecting licensee and wholesale shoot needs
- Updates seasonal assets, guidelines and marketing decks for internal sales teams and licensees (if applicable).
- Manage marketing requests from retailers and licensees
- Ensures brand identity is consistent across all licensee categories, in-house categories and wholesale partners by processing needs (image/assets, signage, trim approvals, promo items, media placements) and managing changes as necessary.
- Partner with licensing teams on business development, packaging, and special retailer opportunities to ensure all plans are align with brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience
- Experience working on a global brand or agency with global fashion brand
- Licensing and international marketing experience is a plus
- Solid communication skills and ability to work across multiple markets and partners
