About the team
The Office Management team is here to help Mambuvians have an outstanding working experience. They are the main key driver of all initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our offices. We are looking to hire an Office Manager for our hub in Lithuania, to create the best work place experience for our employees in Lithuania. Mambu has 3 office managers in different parts of the world.
What you’ll do
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Vilnius office, maintaining a productive work environment that aligns with our company values in both remote and in-office settings.
- Take ownership of local facilities management, overseeing all office-related needs, including maintenance, workspace optimization and equipment.
- Play a key role in onboarding new Mambuvians, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience as they transition into the company.
- Managing daily office operations, including vendor management, health and safety compliance, and serving as the primary contact for any office-related inquiries or issues, including hosting guests.
- Handle vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and manage office-related budgets for services, supplies, and equipment.
- Organise and support meetings, workshops, team events, and other internal initiatives to promote collaboration and engagement.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Mambu culture - internally as well as externally
- Managing the back office which includes general organisation, coordinating deliveries, ordering office supplies, and ensuring the workplace is well-stocked, clean and organised.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure that all office related operations run efficiently.
- Collaborating with other regional office managers to deliver company initiatives on a regional and global level.
What you’ll bring
- You are a friendly and open person and always try to deliver the best possible experience to the people around you.
- Extensive experience working in a similar role (minimum 2 years required).
- You know when to handle sensitive topics with confidentiality, you are able to easily integrate, adapt and create a network.
- Health and safety measure & office facilities knowledge.
- Outstanding time management, organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability and a sense of responsibility
- Experience in managing different stakeholders and preserving and sharing cultural values in all interactions.
- You are familiar with office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other project management or facility management tools.
- You pay attention to details: Essential for handling the logistics of office supplies, budgeting, compliance, and event planning.
- Experience in working with budgets.
- Great command of the English language.
- You are able to anticipate office needs and solve problems before they escalate.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, get stuff done and make an impact.

The base salary for this position is €2.025 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a part-time (24 hours) equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
