We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented office admin to support operations in NY.
In this role, you’ll be a strong cultural ambassador for Lemonade, bringing the best parts of our spirit into the day-to-day office operations. As a cross-team collaborator, you’ll be key in creating a best-in-class workplace experience for our team.
The ideal candidate has a customer-centric approach and rich experience handling a wide range of admin tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, including vendor management, workplace maintenance, employee experience, events, and more. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is super personable, and passionate about creating a friendly, welcoming work environment.
In this role you’ll:
- Run the front-of-house operations (mail, packages, coordination of vendors, welcoming visitors, etc.),
- Support the local office and employee experience team with office maintenance & creative event planning
- Help support the remote experience team, as many of our employee experience initiatives are for the entire US population
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as an office admin, front desk manager, or administrative assistant (in a startup environment is a plus!)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proactive, attentive to details, and a born problem-solver
- Strong organizational and planning skills, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with different vendors
- An upbeat, positive attitude, and a proactive approach
- The ability to physically work from our SoHo office five days a week
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $26.44-$28.85 per hour plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
