Job Description:
Sabio Holdings is looking for a new Sr. Director Marketing for their growing team. As a Sr. Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to design and implement a clear marketing framework for Sabio and App Science. The Sr. Director of Marketing should aim to set and execute a long-term strategic vision, foster a culture of creativity and accountability, and influence the organization through thought leadership. This may include developing year-long strategic plans, creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading projects and team members— several years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Sabio’s portfolio of products, the dynamic market trends, the competitive landscape, and changing customer needs to help accelerate our growth
- Use a combination of marketing tools (market research, customer research, and competitive research) to create the core written product sales-driven marketing framework to drive compelling differentiation of the Sabio brand within the market.
- Strengthen Sabio’s positioning within the NY market and across regions, with focus on integrated trade sales and marketing strategy.
- Partner with strategy, sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to develop a storytelling strategy that only Sabio can deliver.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and activations to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Track and measure performance metrics to continuously improve our marketing efforts, while uncovering new growth and innovation opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven people manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Marketing within the Advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing disciplines, including copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, advertising sales, budgeting, and print advertising
- Experience with conceptualizing and executing high-profile product demos for keynotes, high-profile customer meetings, and analysts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize the reward system
- Consistent track record of successfully leading and delivering sophisticated projects on time and within scope
- History of strong collaboration and influence with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Exceptional written, visual, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to craft results-driven campaigns tied to team and company objectives
- Passion for learning new products/industries and diving into the nitty gritty technical details
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
