This Recruiter will lead the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to extending offers. In collaboration with supervisors, the Recruiter will develop a thorough understanding of each role and its requirements. They will establish strong relationships with candidates, screen them, verify their credentials, and guide them through the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will enhance the organization's brand presence by attending job fairs, managing job boards, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also follow up with hiring managers post-interview and perform other HR operations duties as needed.

This is an on-site, in-person in Western New York.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with UKG is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
