Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for the LVA HR team. You’ll be responsible for streamlining HR operations by ensuring all necessary supplies, support and information is provided as needed for a more effective and smoother HR process within the employee experience at Louis Vuitton.
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Team Spirit
- Be the first point of contact with all visitors to the HR department, ensuring they are welcomed and introduced to the relevant parties.
- Assign Floor Captain; main point of contact with the building engineers and office manager to keep the floor maintained and team informed
- Support SVP EA as needed
- Coordinating all floor/HR office activities and events such as department birthdays and celebrations
Agile
- Ensure all invoices are paid for HR (including compensation and benefits invoices from all regions) via SAP, liaise with all new vendors to ensure they are correctly set up in the system, manage all payments and budget centers through detailed trackers.
- Accurately manage the PO & Invoicing process for the entire HR Team in an efficient and timely manner
- Manage & administer ID badge requests for new joiners for the building
- Manage all UPS and Fed Ex send outs
- Organize and maintain appearance of both pantry & mail room ensuring they are fully stocked at all times
- Coordinate the Matching Donations program with the internal communications team
- Assist HR Director with 90 Day Review tracking and reporting
- Assist HR team with ad-hoc reporting, projects, and other assignments as needed
- Own the Tenure Award Program
- Support with leading New Hire Orientation
Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Human Resources Administration or any relevant field. Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc), Word, PowerPoint. Experience in SAP & Purchase Orders (POs).
We are eager to speak to applicants with a curious and proactive approach, as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Innovativeness, team spirit and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly within the range of USD $28-30/hr, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
