We are seeking a CMO in New York City, who wants to join a leadership team as a co-founder to launch and scale multiple beauty brands.
Starter remuneration package from $250 to $350k, including bonuses and equity, with room to grow with subsequent brand launches.
Ideal candidate to be at Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) level with beauty scale-up brand side experience.
An innovative beauty group, with a focus on the luxury and prestige segment across Europe and USA, who are on the cusp of launching multiple innovative beauty brands globally, online and instore.

Experience sought:
- In all areas listed above in responsibilities
- Substantial number of year’s experience in a leadership role within the beauty sector.
- Proven track record of working in a scale-up environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
