About The Role
As Finn’s Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in crafting daily, scroll-stopping content that connects with our growing community of dog lovers across platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own the social media calendar and produce engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and our blog
- Daily Content Creation: Whether it’s a meme, video, or community post, you’ll create and curate content that sparks engagement and resonates with dog parents
- Community Engagement: Be the face of Finn online – interact with our community, respond to comments, and keep the conversation lively and authentic
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators, collaborating to amplify Finn’s message. Develop creative briefs, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign success
- Analytics & Optimization: Keep a pulse on social metrics, making data-driven decisions to keep us ahead of the curve
- Ambassador Program: Manage Finn’s 2700+ strong ambassador community, strengthening relationships and creating buzzworthy campaigns
- Event & Collaboration Planning: Organize both online and in-person events, from brand collabs to pop-up events that bring the Finn community together
