Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for and identify top design talent through various channels including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events
- Screen and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews and portfolio evaluations
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and personalized communication
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather in-depth requirements for each position and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track and manage candidate data
- Stay up-to-date with design industry trends and developments to ensure a deep understanding of the talent landscape
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
- Build and maintain a strong network of design professionals and industry contacts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Talent Scout or Recruiter in the design industry
- Strong knowledge of design principles and the ability to assess design portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top design talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications or design industry memberships are a plus
- Experience in the digital or creative industries is highly desirable
