Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and refine the long-term Influencer Channel strategy in line with wider business initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Communications and will work closely with the brand marketing team and Affiliate Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, leverage and optimize existing and new influencer technology to scale all areas of influencer marketing: identification, activation, content creation, distribution, measurement and retention
- Manage and nurture influencer and agent relationships to grow our talent base
- Create influencer briefs tailored to each platform and campaign
- Review and approve creator content and work through revisions to ensure each piece of content is band aligned to maximize campaign success
- Analyze and report on KPIs to measure success
- Work with Tibe to analyze campaign performance
- Align and collaborate with other departments to support key seasonal moments
- Execute and implement key channel initiatives and campaigns
- Idea generation, execution, and reporting of the influencer programming at Veronica Beard
- Responsible for placing all product orders for influencer gifting, managing influencer marketing budget, reporting and inventory.
Gifting:
- Provide tracking to Sr. Manager of Communications and communicate with talent
- Update P&L tracker to reflect orders placed and returned
- Manage product orders for influencer program
- Place seasonal bulk orders based on key styles and initiatives
Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze influencer metrics to assess strategic performance and propose effective strategies for growth
- Compile the weekly Brand Marketing & Communications Highlights email
- Support PR team with monthly and quarterly press reports
- Maintain trackers for upcoming press coverage and celebrity placements
- Maintain influencer metrics tracker for all paid and organic Instagram posts
- Create recaps for all brand initiatives and influencer partnerships
- Recap all paid partnerships withing 48 hours sharing applicable stats
- Create UTM links for influencers
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of influencer marketing experience (ideally within the fashion industry)
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Knowledge of Tibe
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000. The relevant salary range will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
