Our growing team is seeking an Jr. Account Manager to create and develop long-term, trusting relationships with Bordeaux & Burgundy clients. As a Jr. Account Manager you will liaise cross-functionally with internal and external teams to optimize the entire customer experience and ultimately deliver timely, performance-driven demand generation marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders. You will develop and oversee the marketing strategies of our client, and their campaigns, globally, to ensure goals are met.
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated Jr. Account Manager. As a Jr. Account Manager you will need to balance the needs of the client against the agency’s bottom line. Driving campaign delivery from brief to go live. Keeping stakeholders informed and at ease that you’ve got every base covered. A successful Jr. Account Manager or Account Specialist or Client Success Specialist can collaborate with each department of marketing, ensuring goals and deadlines are being met, whilst being the go-to leader internally and externally for all questions regarding their campaigns. Experience with demand generation marketing campaigns is important as this role will liaise and guide copywriters, graphic designers and MarTech colleagues on the conception and delivery of their campaigns. Understanding the fundamentals of email marketing, paid social/search and organic social media will be beneficial. Being detail-oriented, punctual and organized is key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted point of contact for our clients and stakeholders.
- Manage incoming campaigns, including, but not limited to: analyzing briefs, leading creative brainstorming sessions, directing and decision-making on campaign approaches, liaising with internal creative teams, handling numerous deadlines.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on account performance through regular meetings, reporting, and open-communications
- Recording account performance internally. Sharing insights with the leadership team.
- Delivering agreed services with an above and beyond approach. Always championing ‘best in class’ marketing and results.
- Fostering account growth in all activities
- Owning our project management tools and tracking. Ensuring progress accuracy, efficiency and organization.
Essential:
- 1+ years in an client management role
- Proven successin Jr. Account Manager, Account Specialist, or Client Success Specialist, or relevant client facing position
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns, campaign channels and their best practices, including but not limited to, email marketing campaigns, paid media and content marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Comfortable with analytics, reporting and ability to communicate these results with confidence
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Used to working independently in a fast-paced and growth environment
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Desirable:
- Experience with project management and collaboration software such as Monday.com and Notion
- Experience with CRM systems and wider marketing technology
- BA/BS degree in marketing related field
