Frette, the leading provider of luxury linens to the finest hotels and homes worldwide, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and retention in Frette’s main business channels: E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail. The role will help brief in creative assets, manage communications with external partners, hand off creative assets, and analyze audience and creative performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategize and execute media plans that support E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail Store growth
- Collaborate with E-Commerce, CRM, and Retail Marketing teams to develop and activate plans that support new customer acquisition and customer retention
- Manage communications with external vendors (Google, Meta, media agencies, etc.)
- Work closely with graphic design to brief in creative assets each season
- Collaborate with marketing manager to develop weekly and monthly reports
- Build out UTM tracking codes for marketing channels managed internally
- Work with Marketing, eCommerce, and external partners teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Track Digital Marketing KPIs and use them to create actionable insights
- Schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Monitor email and SMS customer databases with the CRM team
- Maintain an understanding and awareness of competitor activity, and relevant industry and technical knowledge
- Ad hoc projects to support Marketing, and business channels like Hospitality, E-Commerce, and Retail Stores
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in E-Commerce and/or Digital Marketing (luxury goods focus a plus)
- Understanding of digital marketing channels especially Email and SMS
- Understanding of current Digital Marketing and E-Commerce best practices and technological capabilities
- Experience working with Google Analytics (or similar platform) and an E-Commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Shopify a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop (or similar photo editing tool) a plus
- Must be resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution-seeker
