About the Role:
We are looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position in our New York location. You are encouraged to apply if you have the following experience:
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones
- Manage + log shipping and receiving of drawings and parcels
- Data entry
- Help set up for office /client meetings
- Take meeting notes
- Assist senior staff with travel/travel reimbursements
- Update office materials and forms
- Oversee maintenance/replacement of office equipment & supplies
- Organize and coordinate office meetings and special events
- General office upkeep
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of office experience
- Hardworking, punctual, friendly
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Teams and Mac savvy preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English both written and verbally
Required Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting, software installation, and dealing with tech issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
Preferred Skills:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
- Administrative Experience: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
Pay range and compensation package:
Schedule: 8 hour shift, 1 hour Lunch, Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: Nuevo Leon, Monterrey
