The Role:
- Oversee multiple small to complex projects to ensure compliance with defined goals and standards;
- Meet and communicate with clients, and suppliers to develop effective working partnerships;
- Meet with design team to develop project needs including budgeting, timing, meeting minutes, and project expectations;
- Manage execution of scope of work within defined parameters;
- Serve as client liaison providing necessary support throughout all stages of the project;
- Provide general assistance to other project managers/directors, creative directors, and partners for the development of projects;
- Facilitate design process from strategy and concept development through design, documentation, production and installation;
- Ensure that knowledge of fabricators and suppliers on multiple projects is shared with team members;
- Ensure timesheets and all billing information is submitted for invoicing in a timely manner;
- Participate in project forecasting on a reoccurring basis;
- Participate in project team workload coordination by attending weekly project resource/staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree, college diploma
- Minimum of 2 years relevant project management professional experience in experiential graphic design, architecture, or industrial design firm or a creative field and strong interest in the built environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of ownership, reliable, with a can-do attitude
- Macintosh computer literacy and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit a plus
- PMP certification a plus
Benefits:
We currently have a hybrid remote-working scenario in effect, 3 days in the office and 2 days flex / work-from-home, but this is subject to change. Role and compensation will be commensurate with experience with the typical starting base salary range averaging between $60,000 to $85,000 annually. Additionally, we offer a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision. We have paid time off, flex-time summer hours, and a 401k matching plan. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
