Job Summary
The Creative Marketing Manager for STAIR is responsible for the development and implementation of creative assets across the marketing ecosystem. With a primary focus on graphic design, the Creative Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with all members of the team to hone the STAIR brand in internal and external communications. In an average week, you could be designing a print ad, leading a photoshoot for marketing collateral, developing e-mail blasts, developing branding for sales, and shaping the digital experience of the STAIR website. You are a doer who is hands on and proactive, has excellent project management, loves storytelling and is excited to take on a diverse set of creative challenges. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts across digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, banners, email newsletters, and social media
- Collaborate with our photography department to create direct marketing photoshoots (group shots, collaborations, editorial, advertising). This role is not responsible for lot photography.
- Develop branding for single owner sales, as well as recurring auction themes (ex. The Fine Sale, Art & Design)
- Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and maintain brand consistency across the marketing ecosystem
- Create gallery and event signage, collateral, and in-house displays, liaising with printers and other local production partners
- Partner directly with leadership team and specialists in development of bespoke business proposals
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator to maintain content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across platforms
- Proactively analyze performance of site, email, advertising and partner tools to prove effectiveness and surface opportunities through regular reports and insights
- Enthusiastically collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners, platforms and brands to ensure brand content aligns to values and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, content creation, and digital marketing

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Art History, Graphic Design related fields or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience within marketing, advertising, creative campaigns or content creation, with 5-8 years of experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is a must, with strong understanding of typography and composition principles
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and relevant software/tools for content creation (e.g. WordPress, MailChimp). Experience with auction software like BidSquare, LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable is a plus
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation
- Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences through compelling content preferable in decorative arts, antiques, and fine furniture
