Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes across North America.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, partnering with leaders and staff to address concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ensure HR policies and employee guidelines are consistently updated and compliant with legal requirements and best practices.
- Lead the optimization of HR systems to improve automation, boost compliance, and eliminate inefficiencies in HR processes.
- Design and implement training programs on HR compliance and best practices for both leadership and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and Employee Relations leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
Compensation: 175–195k + dental, health, vision, 401(k), etc.
