Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies on TikTok
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
Requirements
- Hard Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of current TikTok trends is a must
- Commercial experience with brands or companies is advantageous
- Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content is a plus
- Personality & Soft Skills:
- Punctual and reliable with a strong respect for deadlines and meetings
- Highly responsible and proactive in identifying new content opportunities
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas
- Energetic and optimistic, bringing positive vibes to the team
- Ideally a representative of Generation Z
- College/university student or recent graduate preferred
- Native English speaker or foreigner with no accent
