Nomad is a boutique marketing operations consulting firm looking for eager professionals to apply to our Marketing Operations Coordinator Role to join us at our headquarters in NYC.
This is an opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning about marketing operations, revenue operations, and marketing automation. We will spend the first 90 days of your time at Nomad teaching you the basics and getting you fully immersed within marketing operations. After ramp-up, you will officially begin your coordinator duties by joining client accounts and owning marketing operations tasks. This is a great gig for anyone who loves to learn and has wanted to join the MOPs space but hasn't been able to gain the experience necessary to apply.

As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will build your foundation in Marketing Automation, Technology and Operations.

You will learn about:
-Building and executing marketing campaigns
-Building email templates and landing pages
-Building forms that sit on landing pages
-Basic HTML
-Database integrity: data cleanliness, segmentations, list pulling
-How to analyze data and the processes to get there
-Lead scoring models - how to build them and understanding best practices
-Lead routing configuration and how to define MQLs
-Open minded, analytical thinking
-B2B sales & marketing concepts
-Working with marketing and sales teams to understand their internal processes and how to improve their work flows
-Auditing marketing technology infrastructure and build recommendations based on findings
The Coordinator role is entry level, but you will have a high level of exposure from the get go. You'll work in lean teams and will be responsible for owning client communication and follow-ups, executing projects within marketing automation platforms, assisting in software implementations, and learning more aspects of marketing operations. This is very much a get your hands dirty and jump in to any and all projects that will expand your learning. The more you want to own and learn, the more projects your team will assign.
