Primary Responsibilities

Conduct yearly reconciliation for death benefit payments.
Generate weekly meeting reports using departmental data and analytics.
Review and input tax withholdings for members, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
Handle daily annuity estimate requests efficiently.
Assess, calculate, and establish monthly annuity payments accurately.
Make decisions on retirement benefit distribution approvals or denials.
Reconcile stale-dated distribution payments with banks and manage returns to trust.

Qualifications/Position Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel required.
Dependability and punctuality required
Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and member information
Strong analytical, math and data-entry skills
Good time management skills in order to meet various deadlines
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
Ability to process work with accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
