About the Role
JOOPITER is seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Leveraging a combination of Paid and Owned Media, this role will be responsible for executing digital strategies that drive digital audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital, with a proficiency in CRM, performance and analytics tools, combined with the creative thinking to translate ideas into actionable plans. This role will report into the Head of Marketing and will collaborate with colleagues across the Business Development & Ecommerce, Digital Product & Engineering, Business Operations and Marketing teams.
What You’ll be Doing:
Owned Media Campaign Planning and Execution
- Execute comprehensive retention strategies across email and SMS using Klaviyo
- Create, manage and execute email campaigns end-to-end: email campaign scheduling, campaign building, quality assurance
- Deploy one-time, triggered, journey-based, and dynamic email campaigns
- Collaborate with internal partners for QA and approvals
Paid Media Campaign Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute growth campaigns across paid media channels, including Google, Meta and TikTok ads platforms
- Ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives, performance targets, and target audience
- Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Act as the performance analytics lead for the marketing team
- Pull key insights from Google Analytics 4 to apply to campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Product & Engineering, Business Development, Ecommerce) for the seamless execution of integrated campaigns
- Develop Creative Brief for Design for digital assets
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing and business strategies
- Provide insights and feedback to improve marketing processes
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Proven experience in hands-on-keyboard growth marketing roles, preferably in DTC ecommerce
- 2+ years experience with paid media advertising platforms (primary: Google, Meta, secondary: TikTok) with demonstrated knowledge of best practices in campaign optimization
- 3+ years of email marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of best practices for development, deliverability and performance
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (preferred), MailChimp or Hubspot
- Understanding of email deliverability metrics & technical integrations
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS email coding
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables etc) and data management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making using Google Analytics 4
- Experience with Figma and Google Workspace suite
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A natural curiosity and self-learning approach to keep up with the rapid evolution of digital and social media, applying new resources/techniques where needed
- A positive, can-do attitude and wants to be part of a growing team
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus
- Knowledge of E-Commerce and CMS platforms (Shopify, Contentful) is a plus
- Experience in luxury, auction, design, fashion or art industries is a plus
