This is a remote position.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient input of data into our systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, verifying and correcting data, and generating reports. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Inputting large amounts of data accurately and efficiently into our databases
Regularly verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy
Generating reports based on the data input
Ensuring data security and confidentiality always
Collaborating with other team members to identify and resolve any data discrepancies
Maintaining and updating databases as needed
Communicating any issues or concerns with data to your supervisor
Adhering to company policies and guidelines regarding data entry

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office and data entry software (e.g. Excel)
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
