As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Producer to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager/Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of both client facing projects and internal marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and production, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders regarding each project.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to execute project tasks effectively and efficiently.
Maintain vendor and client relationships.
Remain up to date with market trends and competition.
Identify pinch-points and areas in need of workflow solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Requirements:

Resourceful, independent but collaborative, and actively learns from hands-on experience; collaborative spirit within a small, energetic team.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production or creative environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., BaseCamp, Asana).
Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions independently.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD (Drawing set experience), Sketchup, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel not required but is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field as well as a knowledge of industry trends and best practices is a plus.
