Role Overview:

Full Title: Marketing Associate, Content & Brand

As a Marketing Associate focused on Content and Brand, you will play a crucial role in enhancing fluxo's visibility and engagement—both online and offline. The position calls for a dynamic marketer passionate about creating exciting content and driving brand growth. This role is creative, and you must harness your talent to capture the attention of potential fluxo users throughout NYC with the ultimate goal of increasing consumer traction and brand awareness. In short, expand our fluxo community; gain traction, sign-ups, and share our message through the latest trends and marketing outputs Get people out of their apartments and working in the world around them.

You would feel comfortable…

Introducing yourself, and fluxo, to new groups of people—and creating content together
Using social media, video/audio equipment, being creative, and being self-motivated by your work
Being enthusiastic in public (you don’t need to use the word “passionate” because… you embody it)
Not wanting to work from home, but eager to work across the city—alongside people.

Responsibilities:

Quite simply, spread the word about fluxo—gain product interest and grow consumer traction.
Support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance fluxo’s brand presence.
Create content across marketing channels: social media, email, etc.
Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to improve marketing efforts
Collaborate with the sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing objectives

Qualifications/Experience:

An up-to-date understanding of marketing channels and platforms
Prior experience in marketing and content creation.
Photography, video, and editing skills.
Graphic design skills
An “eye” for identifying what’s good, and what’s not.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving startup atmosphere.
CRM management experience preferred
