As our company continues to grow and diversify, we are actively searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Junior Event Planner who excels at multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our events and creative team on overall planning.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, including clients and vendors.
Manage event-related materials and resources to guarantee smooth execution.
Assist with vendor sourcing, event timelines, day of documents, and event-related projects.
Support in various aspects of event coordination, from documentation and logistics management to on-site support and post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven project management skills, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Availability to work nights and weekends as events require.
Flexibility for potential domestic and international travel.

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
