Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the Marketing team, including copywriting, image sourcing, trend development, and presentation formatting in support of client briefs.
Support the development and set-up of Marketing presentations, workshops, and displays for internal teams or external clients.
Responsible to track, analyse and report on new product launches to identify market movements & new opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media to inspire internal creative teams and support marketing presentations.
Participate in client meetings when possible, to gain an understanding of project and client strategic thinking.

Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and training. This position is also eligible for benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $62,500-$80,000

You bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience within the beauty/fragrance/personal care industry
Self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Power Point. Digital Savvy (can easily navigate Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.)
Hybrid position with the ability to work onsite in our NY office 2-3 days per week or as required.
